Three large-scale projects will be implemented at the Port of Ventspils

Three large-scale projects will be implemented at the Port of Ventspils over the next four years, the LETA news agency reports, with the total investment in these projects reaching almost EUR 71 million, according to Ventspils Mayor and Freeport of Ventspils Chairman of the Board Aivars Lembergs.
The Transport Ministry and the port authority have signed agreements on the implementation of three projects at the port, to be co-financed with money from the European Union's Cohesion Fund: the construction of a bulk cargo terminal, the construction of new supply roads to the terminals and industrial zones of the port, and the development of the port's infrastructure.
