The Christmas menu offers you a three course meal, and for starters, the white tomato mousse with pesto sauce and salads sounds fresh and intruiging. Or for something from the sea, there’s a tempting main of salmon and trout fried in strudel pastry with scallops, anise vegetables, bamboo sprouts and balsamico sauce.
