You can bid and buy items on eBay with the gift cards/Master/Visa/AmEx. Even if the seller wants you to pay toruhgh paypal,
you can still pay with your Master/Visa/AmEx without paypal account. Look carefully on the screen where it takes you to
paypal, there is an option to pay without paypal account . That is where you need to enter your Master/Visa/AmEx card info.
